We believe the need for CES Academy is substantial and far-reaching. We know there
are students falling through the cracks of the traditional educational system. There
needs to be a CES Academy in every community in Florida.
As we scale the CES Academy model, we want to ensure our schools have a consistent
culture, consistent programs, and a consistent “look and feel”. From Jacksonville to
Miami, every CES Academy customer can expect to receive the same quality
experience in education and school administration.
We’ll no longer feel like separate schools operating under the corporate umbrella of
CES services. Rather, now we’ll be one united family focused on championing students
across all of Florida. Leveraging consistent methods across the organization of schools
will help us to garner consistent success, with regards to school operations and the
achievement of our students.
It’s the next evolution for CES schools, the CES Academy model.

Typical schools cater to the average student, teacher and class en masse.
CES is geared to children who typically don’t like or fit in the traditional school
framework.
Often our typical student wasn’t getting all of their needs met before CES. This may
include learning preferences, behavioral health, or even include more complicated
matters such as nutritional, emotional, medical, even spiritual health.
They may have had negative experiences at other schools or weren’t reaching their full
potential. They may or may not have documented learning or behavioral disabilities.
Our school becomes a safety zone, a place of refuge, of belonging.
We believe our strategic anchor, our key differentiator, as a brand, as a school model, is
the level of service we provide our partners; the experience our students and parents have
at CES Academy; the experience our team members have working with CES.

CES Academy operates on methods vetted by educational industry thought leaders at
CES services that have proven success rates. We have a framework of support with varying
intensity that is strategically implemented to help our students win.
We utilize differentiated instruction as well as non-traditional educational modalities or
styles to reach our learners in ways that stick. Our smaller classroom size gives us the
ability to personalize our curriculum to the student.
We realize every student is unique and they do not all learn the same way.
CES Academy utilizes the CES Method – a framework of curriculum and lesson plans for
teachers to help students K-12 master a subject via traditional and differentiated
instruction.
We offer specific academic programs that are designed to more effectively meet the
needs of every student; our Traditional, Foundations, and Transitional Program. Students
will graduate with a fully accredited high school diploma, learn life skills with the goal of
finding a postsecondary program, or achieve a combination of the two. Our goal is to walk
alongside each student, helping them find and navigate the correct educational path.
CES is continuing its trajectory of providing unparalleled services to the schools in its
network. We’re elevating our services to the new standard – CES accreditation.
Every CES Academy will be required to maintain CES accreditation.
